Sardines, cod, lobster, umbrine are just some of the fish proposals that Chef Alfonso Cicerale presents in the autumn menu. You will find traditional and Venetian recipes such as saor, creamed or potted cod, and also more innovative dishes, garnished with seasonal vegetables (pumpkin, lentils, spinach, Treviso radicchio and others) that attribute the classic autumn/winter colors to the presentation.
Of course, our new menu also includes meat, vegetarian and vegan options. All presented in a creative and captivating way: colors and flavors combine to make you live an unforgettable culinary experience.
We also recommend you to try one of our desserts: the Chef has studied a new version of Tiramisu to be absolutely tasted and you can find the vanilla soufflé and chocolate ball which last year were very popular among our guests.
