Spring has arrived, bringing a breath of color and mild air to our beautiful city and... to our menu!
The new proposals include the excellence of the lagoon and the Veneto and seasonal vegetables, such as Sant'Erasmo (Venetian island) artichokes, asparagus, spinach and peas.
Along with some novelties, you will find dishes that are popular and appreciated by our customers such as our Venetian proposal, double yolk fresh pasta tagliolini with scampi, black summer truffle and Veneto Pecorino cream, spaghetti Senatore Cappelli with spider crab, its coral and lemon grass and La Caravella fish soup.
As usual, we have also included meat and vegetarian options and we suggest you taste one of our desserts: they are delicious!
