like every year our Chef is glad to propose a special menu served on rooftop, waiting the enchanting fireworks at midnight.

Small vegetarian entrées

King prawn and red mullet filet with onion cream

Whole meal "tortello" (pasta) with baby octopus and anchovy flavoured vegetables

Duck breast with "pearà" sauce and glazed small onions

Bavarian strawberries cream with traditional balsamic vinegar

Water melon and ... fireworks!!
