BISOL WINERY - VALDOBBIADENE

The Bisol winery rises from the heart of the Altamarca Trevigiana and in the midst of the Prosecco Doc production zone.  Proprietors of 65 hectares (three of which can be found on the prestigious Cartizze hill), located in 16 vineyards, all directly managed by the Bisol family.
 
Quality is guaranteed by choosing to control the entire production chain: from the cultivation to sales, from the selection of terrain right through to the bottling process.  Lovers of good wine can find much inspiration in Bisol’s 2 lines of Prosecco doc and small niche production of Metodo Classico.  Flagship wines are the Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze and the extraordinary Prosecco Passito Duca di Dolle.
