Fresh seasonal ingredients and our timeless classics: here is our new summer menu

We are now in the middle of the summer season so we are ready to present our new menu

 

As usual, you will find some dishes with the freshest seasonal products and local fish but also some meat and vegetarian options. Colors and flavors will envelop your senses to discover some typical local flavors, such as tuna in sesame crust and our inevitable Spaghetti with clams and squid and we have re-proposed a dish that has been very successful in recent months: the famous Homemade Tagliolini pasta with scampi

We advise you to try

 

- Ravioli with scallops and prawns, on saffron cream, Treviso casatella, toasted bread and tomato confit 

- Cod fish in cooking pot, Vicenza reinterpretation

- Rigatoni of selected Italian grains with rabbit ragout, green beans, Parmisan cheese and balsamic vinegar of Modena

 

 

and to finish on a sweet note with one of our desserts, for example the

 

 

- Millefeuille with cheesecake cream, raspberries and white chocolate
