NEW SUMMER MENU 2023

 Fresh seasonal ingredients and our signature dishes: we present our summer menu. We have now entered the height of the summer season, and we are pleased to show you our new menu.

 

 

Following our traditions, you will find dishes with quality, zero-km products. A perfect mix of intense and delicate flavours. Meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes will help you discover the uniqueness of local cuisine.

- Organic Senatore Cappelli spaghetti with clams, squid ragout and courgettes

 

 - Fresh pasta Maltagliati with cuttlefish, prawns, tuna and mullet roe

 

- Raw scampi, sea bass carpaccio and swordfish tartare with raspberry, melon and yoghurt sauce

 

- Duck breast lacquered with honey from the island of Sant'Erasmo, mashed chickpeas port sauce and potato pie
