On Saturday, July 17, the Redentore festival is scheduled. It is one of the traditional events most loved by Venetians who usually spend the evening in company, dining together while waiting for the fireworks display.
For this occasion we have created a Redentore menu (see below) and that will be proposed together with our summer menu.
To admire the fireworks from an exclusive place, you can access the panoramic terrace of the Saturnia & Internationl hotel (open for the occasion also to non-hotel guests) at a price of 30 euros per person which includes 2 drinks prepared by Il Caravellino Bar and traditional watermelon (reservation required).
2021 Redentore Menu
The menu is based on fish dishes and includes appetizers, a first course, a main course and a dessert accompanied by wines selected by our sommeliers.
You will find the excellence of the lagoon together with regional and Italian specialties, to offer a taste of Venetian cuisine revisited in a glamorous key.
