Our chef Silvano Urban has prepared a special 3 course dinner menu dedicated to the noble salt cod, which you could taste and evaluate as judges on Wednesday, September 30 at 7.15 p.m. One of the three courses will be selected by you during the dinner, and it could be one of the 6 finalist courses.
