La Caravella, one of the most traditional Restaurants in Venice, is glad to communicate the new menu for next Carnival in Venice. This special set menu will be available on Saturday 21 February 2009.

The menu is a themed menu with dishes called with some of the most important masks in Italy:

Small pre-dinner

Colombina:

Cauliflower mousse with look-alike cappuccino with smoked scallops and vegetables

Arlecchino:

Green fettucini with mullets and slices of cuttle fish, fennel scented

Pantalone:

Roll of salmone and sole, potatoes and fried red cabbage

Pulcinella:

Coffee "parfait"

Typical venetian pastry

Wines:

Pinot Grigio, Az. Agr. Cecchetto

Ramandolo, Dri

Price all included is of 82,00 euro per person
